Valarie, who is also a beekeeper and organic gardener, loves to include fresh honey and produce in their breakfast offerings, When asked if they had a signature dish at the B&B, Homemade yogurt, sausage, cheese and their vegetable quiche with sweet potato crust were a few of the things their guests rave about.

Innkeepers Harrison & Valarie Losey have owned and operated their inn for over 16 years. When asked what is the favorite local restaurant they like to send guests to, “Hyde Park Brewing Company” was the answer! And the Walkway-Over-the-Hudson was their favorite local point of interest to send guests to who wanted to explore the Hudson Valley. They love meeting a wide variety of people and sharing good local and homemade foods, and one of the favorite things they adore about the Hudson Valley is the beautiful scenery.
